88th Way – Scottsdale

This client needed to add a small but functional ensuite bathroom to an existing bedroom. We took the minimal amount of space needed to get a fully functioning shower, toilet and sink. New Orleans is this client’s hometown, so we decided to bring a little Nola flair with the brick floor, imperfect wood finish on the vanity, and lantern pendant lighting.

We created another small bathroom with a little more elbow room and made the space feel even more expensive with gray glass subway tile laid in a herringbone pattern and a beautiful barn door glass enclosure.
